He decides on the spot that, if it ever comes down to either him or Marta getting captured by the enemy, Emil would take her place. He could survive something like that.]

[Emil's shoulders slump.] Trying to figure out Tenebrae's motives when he's not around might be useless... I feel like the possibility of torture is probably closer to the truth, though.
